What we do

Six ways we strengthen local economic ecosystems.

We work where ideas meet execution — equipping people and enterprises with the skills, insight and support they need to perform and grow in a fast-moving economy. Aligned with SDGs 4, 8 & 9.

01

Talent Cultivation

Learning programmes that equip individuals to adapt, perform and succeed as the economy evolves.

02

Industry Readiness

A learn-by-doing approach — participants gain experience working alongside seasoned professionals.

03

Digital Intelligence

Practical AI, data and digital-tool fluency for students, educators and small enterprises.

04

Entrepreneurship Mindset

From ideation to MVP — bootcamps and mentorship that turn business ideas into ventures.

05

Organisational Trainings

Capacity building for institutions, banks and government bodies on finance, compliance and governance.

06

Impact Assessment

Structured measurement, feedback and reporting so every intervention can be improved and scaled.

The approach

From a first idea to a financed, growing enterprise.

Our incubation model carries an entrepreneur through five connected stages. We meet people wherever they are on this path — and walk the rest of it with them.

STAGE 01

Pre-operation

Shaping the concept and testing whether it holds — value proposition, resource availability, and risk across technical, market, economic, financial, environmental and regulatory dimensions.

IdeationRisk analysisValue proposition
STAGE 02

Business readiness

Turning the idea into a plan others can fund — business model, pitch deck, project report, financial projections and valuation.

STAGE 03

Access to finance

Connecting enterprises to the right capital — government grants and schemes (PMEGP, MASI, UNNATI, BIRAC), bank financing, subsidy applications and investor introductions.

STAGE 04

Business enablement

Getting operational — legal entity registration, licensing, IP, technology and digital enablement, SOPs, branding and value-chain set-up.

STAGE 05

Post-operation

Sustaining and scaling — procurement, finance, HR, sales and marketing, logistics, operations and customer relationships, with mentorship and market access.

Flagship engagement

The Entrepreneurship Development Programme at IIT Guwahati.

Over four weeks, Youthcove facilitated a residential programme for entrepreneurs across Assam — delivered with IIT Guwahati Research Park and the Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Assam. Participants learned how finance, operations, marketing, HR and technology work together in a real business, prepared bankable project reports, and were supported through credit linkage and MASI grant facilitation.
